Would give 0 stars if given that option. After the iOS 8 update, the app doesnt work at all and customer service wont respond to emails. This has been a recurrent problem with all new ios releases - just use the AG website directly.

The app does not work with the iOS 8 upgrade. Shame on you for stealing peoples money..
One more reader who cant access earlier purchased issues. I see the consensus for the cause is iOS 8. Bad developer! Bad! Timing for me, however, was good as my subscription came up for renewal at the same time as this whole fiasco. Guess who hasnt renewed yet, if ever, since I cant access issues for which Ive paid. Up to you Mr/Ms Publisher. Fix your crappy app or kiss another subscriber good-bye.
I couldnt understand why I could no longer access the issues of Acoustic Guitar magazine that I ALREADY paid for. Ive now learned that this is a result of the recent iOS8 update. This is very frustrating. I would think that if AG cares at all about its readership, that it would a) work with Apple to figure out the glitch in the app & b) craft a more thoughtful response to concerns & frustration expressed by its readers.
iOS 8 update broke app and I lost access to all issues. Support wont respond. Cancelled my subscription. No point in paying for issues I cant read. Might come back if they finally fix it; but, probably not... No excuse for such a long delay in fixing the app to work with the current OS. Shame on you guys...
Lost all my back issues and cant re download them yet due to an app bug...
The app no longer works. And seemingly AG is incapable of fixing it since ITS BEEN WEEKS AND THEY HAVE TO KNOW THIS.
This app stopped working when I upgraded my iPad. Cant even call up past issues. Im paying for a subscription to nothing. Does anyone at Acoustic Guitar even care?
Last week they told me Id hear from them in 48 hours. Nope. I guess they cant figure out how to make an ios8 ap.
Current app does not restore purchases obtained via AG directly. After entering my account settings restore purchase does not work. In the previous app all content was available for download. To download content I must repurchase, not going to happen. Pixelmags support has not been helpful
All this app does is let you buy their magazine.
