Acoustic Guitar

Purchased a years subscription from my iPad. Wanted it more for the access to the web content than the actual magazine. No access to web content. Despite buying the subscription from Acoustic Guitar Magazines website you lose the website access feature of the subscription if you sign on from a mobile device and pay through iTunes. Same price if you sign on from a desktop or mobile device yet iTunes purchases are penalized.

Emailed customer support and got no where. Called and spoke to a very nice lady who assured me someone would get back to me on Monday. Its now Wednesday.

Just an all around bad experience with this rag. Wont be subscribing next year. Which is a shame because they really do have some good articles.
