App no longer works

I just renewed my subscription and now can no longer access any old issues or the latest one - it seems to be related to IOS 8 - but the app says I need an updated version- which is not available yet, apparently. Please fix this! Or give me a refund!

Spoke to AG "customer service" - they say its not their problem - its Apples, and Im not really a subscriber since I purchased this through iTunes. Sorry - nothing can be done. Astounding.
